Our General Terms & Conditions
All passes / memberships are non refundable. Any unused passes/memberships will not be refunded. Clients on memberships who have 2 late cancellations or no shows within a 14 day period will be charged a $25.00 penalty to their credit card on file or their account. Clients using passes will be deducted a single class pass every "no show" or "late cancellation". Please see our Cancellation Policy in detail below. Clients may book their spot a maximum of 14 days in advance to allow everyone the opportunity to reserve their favourite classes. All levels from advanced to beginners are welcome. Prices are subject to change without notice. Students must be 18 years of age or older to attend our classes unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made online through WellnessLiving or our WellnessLiving App via credit card. We kindly accept cash or credit card payments directly at the studio. Debit cards are not accepted. Applicable taxes apply.

Trial Memberships/Limited All Access Memberships/All Access Plus Memberships
These membership do not include access to our Pilates Circuit Classes. Our Pilates Circuit Classes can be accessed through our Premium All Access Membership only.
If you register for a class and cannot attend the class, you must cancel your reservation 6 hours before the beginning of our classes. Failure to cancel your class reservation in a 14 day period for the second time, will result in a $25 penalty for membership holders. Pass holders will be deducted a class pass for each missed/late cancelled class. Due to the size of our studio, space limitations are in place, there will be no exceptions to our late cancellation/no show policy.

If you register for a Pilates circuit class and cannot attend the class, you must cancel your reservation 6 hours before the beginning of our in-studio class. Failure to cancel your class reservation in a 14 day period for the second time, will result in a $25 penalty for membership. Pass holders will be deducted a class pass for each missed/late cancelled class. Due to the size of our studio, space limitations are in place, there will be no exceptions to our late cancellation/no show policy.
Special note: All memberships are valid for 14 days and will auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation of our memberships can be made through WellnessLiving or by calling or emailing the Studio BEFORE your next billing cycle.
