Our General Terms & Conditions
Applicable taxes apply. All passes / memberships are non refundable. Any unused passes will not be refunded. Clients on memberships who have 2 late cancellations or no shows within a 14 day period will be charged a $25.00 penalty to their credit card on file or their account. Clients using passes will be deducted a single class pass every "no show" or "late cancellation". Please see our Cancellation Policy listed below. Clients may book their spot a maximum of 14 days in advance to allow everyone the opportunity to reserve their favourite classes. All levels from advanced to beginners are welcome. Prices are subject to change without notice. Students must be 18 years of age or older to attend our classes unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made online through WellnessLiving or our WellnessLiving App via credit card. We kindly accept cash or credit card payments directly at the studio. Debit cards are not accepted.
In-Studio Class Cancellation
In-Studio classes can be booked up to 30 minutes before the start of class. Please cancel your class at least 6 hours before the start of class to avoid cancellation penalties. If you would like to join us last minute for class please contact us by calling 905-642-4600 or email us at [email protected] to reserve your spot.
Studio Class Passes &
Trial Memberships/Limited All Access Memberships/All Access Plus Memberships
Our Studio 1 Class Pass is valid for in-person mat based classes and must be used within 14 days of purchase. Our Studio 5 Class Pass is valid for in-person mat based classes and must be used within 6 months from your first visit. Our Studio 10 Class Pass is valid for in-person mat based classes and must be used within 12 months from your first visit. Our Limited All Access Membership is valid for a maximum of 2 in-person mat based classes in a calendar week. Our All Access Plus Membership includes unlimited in-person mat based classes, in addition to full access to videos on Demand videos for 14 days. These membership does not include access to our Pilates Circuit Classes. Our Pilates Circuit Classes can be accessed through our Premium All Access Membership only. This membership is unlimited and includes all mat based classes, circuit classes and access to our videos on demand for 14 days.
If you register for an in-person class and cannot attend the class, you must cancel your reservation 6 hours before the beginning of our classes. Failure to cancel your class reservation in a 14 day period for the second time, will result in a $25 penalty. Due to the size of our studio, space limitations are in place, there will be no exceptions to our late cancellation/no show policy.

Circuit Class Passes & Premium All Access Memberships
Our 1 Class Circuit Pass is valid for Pilates circuit classes only and must be used within 14 days of purchase. Our 5 Class Circuit Pass is valid for Pilates circuit classes only and must be used within 6 months from your first visit. Our 10 Class Circuit Pass is valid for Pilates circuit classes only and must be used within 12 months from your first visit. Our Premium All Access Membership is valid for unlimited in-person regular group classes, Pilates circuit classes and mat based classes, in addition to full access to videos on Demand for 14 days.

Special note: All memberships are valid for 14 days and will auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation of our memberships can be made through WellnessLiving or by calling or emailing the Studio BEFORE your next billing cycle.
