About Nesrin
Nesrin started her journey to wellness the day she attended her very first yoga class in 2015. She came to realize that what she was looking for doesn’t exist outside and she committed to her yoga practice to begin her journey within. As she deepened her yoga practice and found a more balanced and peaceful life she was intuitively drawn to Reiki Energy Healing. She received a Reiki Level 2 certification training from Reiki Master Andrea Silva at Light of Love Wellness in Bradford and besides enjoying practicing and teaching yoga she began to incorporate Reiki healing into some of her Restorative yoga classes. She is passionate about helping others find their way to happiness, healing and fulfillment and she encourages her students to stay connected with their authentic self and follow their own heart. Through channeling the Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki) Nesrin helps releasing negative energy from the body, balance out overactive or deficient chakras (energy centres in the body), promote natural healing by calming and further relaxing body and mind.
