YOGA 101 Beginners Workshop - March 3, 2018
Interested in coming to yoga, but a little nervous to start? Have you been doing Yoga for a while but are unsure if you're doing a pose properly? Come join Yvonne in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Learn about yoga etiquette, mudras, chanting, pranayama and the language of Yoga. During the workshop Yvonne will take things slow with time to ask questions to find what feels good in your body. This two hour workshop is geared toward the beginner, but beneficial for everyone! So frequently we fall into the trap of moving through our yoga practice without thinking about how our body has changed since we first started. You might have a question on how something feels or if you're doing it right, but you don't feel comfortable asking it in a group class. Let us help you to clarify what you need out of your yoga practice and give you the tools to make your practice truly yours.
