YOGA, BARRE & PILATES CLASSES
BARRELATES - L1/2
This is a 50/50 class of Classic Barre and Classical Pilates or Classic Barre with Core challenging exercises using flex-bands, balls, foam rollers, and hand held weights. Less time spent at the barre and more time spent on your mats. This class sculpts, tones, and gives you a strong core workout, incorporating Barre and Pilates elements.
BARRE ENERGY - L2
Our Barre Energy class is a fun and intense workout! This barre class is a comprehensive total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms, and burns fat in record-breaking time. While primarily working those muscles, we always maintain core stability and whole body alignment, making every exercise a full body exercise. Barre Energy is a great way to tone muscles and burn calories. Muscles are worked to the point of fatigue and then released through stretching movements to create long, lean muscles. This class can be modified to be as intense or as easy as the individual desires, all levels are welcome!
BALLERINA BARRE BOOT CAMP - L2
Get up early and try our Ballerina Barre Boot Camp! This Class focus is on a combination of strength and cardio training using body weight and/or equipment such as hand held weights and flexbands. This Boot Camp class incorporates the highly effective tabatas method – alternating high intensity cardio with periods of rest. The workouts include core and flexibility training. Appropriate for all levels. Low impact options always offered.
BARRE CONDITIONING - L2
This beginner/intermediate barre class will focus on proper body alignment and promising to challenge and take you out of your comfort zone. The class will incorporate Pilates, Yoga and Ballet movement that will build strength and flexibility while burning fat and toning muscle. No ballet shoes or dance background required!
BARRE ELEMENTS - L1
Classes are infused by a combination and series of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates. The barre is used for balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (maintaining stillness in your body while you contract an isolated set of muscles). Classes will incorporate high reps of small range-of-motion movements using props such as light handheld weights to bring the burning sensation to the reps as well as mats for an abdominal core work. You will feel the burn as your muscles are awakened! Beginners are welcome.
PILATES CORE - L1/2
Pilates Core classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props (e.g. flex bands, light weights, and balls) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join our Pilates Core mat classes.
HATHA - L2
Our Hatha Yoga classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with care and attention given to many different layers of yoga. This class will help you to deepen your Hatha practice by incorporating flow, movement, blocks and straps to maximize a pose. This class will focus on alligment of your body and bring balance, strength and calmness to you, the practitioner.
YIN & RESTORE
This class experience is a combination of gentle Yin and Restorative yoga poses that help us learn to relax and rest deeply. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited, and a few of the measurable results of deep relaxation are the reduction of blood pressure, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels in the blood, the increase of the "good cholesterol" levels, as well as improvement in digestion, fertility, elimination, the reduction of muscle tension, insomnia and generalized fatigue. We may use blankets, blocks, sleeping eye pillows and your mat. Feel free to bring your own or borrow one of ours. Wear comfortable clothing as you will want to be in your coziest for this class!
DEEP STRETCH HATHA - L1
Inspired by Classical Hatha Yoga, Deep Stretch Hatha Yoga turns the focus from the external body to the internal body, spending time in each pose to become aware of the subtle adjustments and nuances of the pose. Sometimes the extra time requires increased endurance and strength, sometimes it requires deeper release and stretch. Because of the intensity of longer holds, modifications are provided for students of all levels to experience a pose to the fullest extent of their unique body. Classes end with a deep meditative experience. This class is great for both beginners and advanced practitioners, and modifications are provided for all levels. It is an excellent class for people who wish to work on specific muscle areas in the hips, legs, and back to increase range of motion and to allow for deeper stretching and reduction of injury.
This wonderful Zen Class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered ready to take on your week in a more balanced and Yin way! The class focuses on your physical state, energy flow through the body and mindful awareness. This peaceful Zen class is enjoyed by many leaving stress behind allowing for a more creative and productive week.
HATHA FLOW - L1
A balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principals. Mindfulness; observing breath and body (triputi) are an integral part of class. This style of yoga provides a great stretch and strengthens the body. Our Hatha Flow includes flowing movement in a mindful progression from one to another. Classes are balanced with energy, to give you a good physical work-out, and calm, to keep you balanced.
HATHA YOGA - L1/2

Gentle and therapeutic Hatha class focuses on breathing and stretching out tight, achy muscles. Great for recovery from running, cycling or any activity that may cause muscle soreness. Suitable for all levels.
YOGA FLOW - L1/2
Looking for the yoga class to get energized while helping you build strength and flexibility? This creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, will keep you present as you learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. Utilizing Sun Salutations, strength building and connected movements, Yoga Flow will build confidence and help you stay present and centered. Flowing around the obstacles that come your way, this energetic practice will empower you with the strength to face anything.
CORE CONDITIONING - L1/2 & L2
This class will incorporate the following and will focus on strengthening the whole body, include core strength and stabilization that will enhance your yoga practice and offering you a diversity of more core and muscle strengthening. Each class will be different and it will keep you mentally and physically motivated and challenged. Prepare to sweat internally in this class and don’t blame us if those inches start to shed.
Kundalini yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Using rhythmic movements in conjunction with deep stretches, breathing techniques, meditation, and mantras breath, movement, mantra to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Each class consists of a kriya which is a series of postures taught in sequence to produce a desired effect. Teachers choose from thousands of kriyas designed to help students deepen their awareness, connect with their creative energy, open the heart, stimulate the immune, glandular and nervous system, and balance the chakras. Students experience the results quickly, feeling energized and relaxes after each class. Classes are open to students at all levels of experience.
