You will receive a welcome email prompting you to create a password and sign our online waiver. You will then be added to the class you've requested, space permitting. YOUR CLASS OPTIONS
6:00pm Pilates Circuit - White Oak Studio unit #12
Our Pilates Circuit is a 60 minute class which includes 6 circuit stations using the 3 different types of Pilates equipment. This is a fun class which incorporates the use of two Merrithew Professional Pilates Reformers, two Spring Walls and two Bosu/Mat stations. Clients will circulate through each station focusing on form and Pilates principles under the direction of an instructor. Maximum 6 clients per class.
7:15pm Tabata Barre - White Oak Studio unit #12
This Tabata Barre class is traditional barre with a tabata twist! In this class we’ll work the core, upper body, thighs and seat – but we’ll incorporate tabata (20 seconds of cardio & strength focused exercises, followed by 10 seconds of rest.) Tabata Barre utilizes high intensity interval training, which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training. This class is meant to break plateaus, keep your body guessing and push you to YOUR max in a safe way while maintaining proper form and controlled movements.
All levels welcome as less intense cardio modifications are provided.

7:30pm Hip Releasing Yoga - Ivy Garden Studio unit #11
During this Hip Opening Yoga Class we take the hips through different directions of rotations, to release any build up tension in the hips and lower back. You'll feel great, relaxed and brand new afterwards. This is an all level juicy yoga class!
