LEVEL 1
Ideal for beginning students to learn correct alignment. Students will also be introduced to various breathing techniques. Ideal for those students who are interested in exploring movement and breathing in new holistic ways.
LEVEL 1/2
Perfect for students who have attended Level I classes and are ready for a more advanced beginning class. The basic postures are presented in more challenging ways with a focus on the fundamentals of Yoga, Barre or Pilates.
LEVEL 2
Designed to take students to the intermediate level. More advanced postures and sequences are introduced requiring a bit more strength, stamina, and flexibility.
