Wendy Lee, Instructor, RYT
Wendy first started practicing yoga in 2011, to explore it as a possible addition to her work in addictions treatment. After completing her 200 hour instructor course at Balanced Life Yoga in 2014, Wendy began teaching weekly gentle yoga classes in a residential treatment centre. She has also completed extra training in “trauma-sensitive” yoga, and she leads weekly classes for people in recovery from PTSD.
Wendy has worked in healthcare for 20 years. She brings her love of physical fitness and mind-body healing to her yoga classes. As a Cancer survivor, Wendy has personal experience with the healing power of yoga! She is happiest when helping others with her calm demeanor in healing through yoga.
