Vangie Sialtsis, Yoga Instructor, RYT
In 2009, Vangie was introduced to yoga by her neighbour. After her first yoga class, she was instantly hooked. Finding a passion for yoga that she wanted to share with others, Vangie became certified in the Vinyasa style which she truly enjoys. Her love of flowing movement is translated to her students through poses that balance flexibility and strength while maintaining a calm practice. After her initial teacher training, Vangie continued her studies in Prenatal yoga. She also teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Kids yoga, and Mom and Baby. She continues to grow in her own practice which resonates in her teaching style. Her recent interest in Barre training has enhanced her ability to offer challenging sequences which combine core stability with balance. Working through personal challenges both on and off the mat, Vangie finds enhanced mental, physical and spiritual wellness through daily yoga practice. She strives to inspire her students to discover their inner strength, confidence and peace while achieving a healthy and happy life.
