Enthusiasm to think and live positively, is the way Sophia lives. Her quiet playful nature and coyness is very much her personality. Living a quiet and calm lifestyle is very much her quest in all things she does. Her quest for connection and dedication to find peace and balance in her life led her to Yoga many years ago. It was in 2000 when Sophia discovered yoga, her passions being Ashtanga and Hatha. Through her personal practice finding yoga to help heal through personal tragedies, Yoga has guided her in the path of finding strength, clarity and authenticity. Sophia strongly believes yoga can be accessible to anyone and is the true path to vitality, happiness and peace. Her mantra in life is simple, live each day with grace, integrity, honesty, and a smile. Trained in Hatha Yoga with Master Jeyarajeen Sivalingam and Total BARRE Certified with Merrithew, courses includes The Art of Sequencing and Yoga for Beginners with Natasha Rizoplous. Sophia's style is full of flow and rhythm, linking breath with each movement. You can find her leading Hatha or BARRE Mix sessions.
