Lisa Shuttleworth, Yoga Instructor, RYT
Lisa first began practising yoga in the late 1990’s as a natural healing aid and continued yogic path studying Yoga and Ayurvedic medicine both in Toronto and the UK and certified in 2005 to teach Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. She practices many modalities and is currently studying at the Sivananada Centre in Toronto. She has taught worldwide offering classes in yoga and meditation, mindfulness, food for medicine and in self-healing Kriyas. Lisa’s graceful approach yoga is inviting and has you feeling awakened without realizing she has touched your spirit so deeply that you feel alive, invigorated and rejuvenated.
