Lisa Currie, Instructor
Lisa has a passion for BARRE that started over 4 years ago. In 2013, after participating in a ballet BARRE class, she instantly determined that this style of fitness was something she needed to pursue.
Lisa holds numerous certifications including;
- Yoga (250 hr) in 2010 (Yoga Tree)
- BARRE Foundations Certification in 2014 (Merrithew)
- Mat Pilates Certification in 2015 (Tula Yoga Pilates)
Lisa loves to keep her classes challenging but fun with upbeat playlists, where fun & laughter are encouraged.
