Linda Kang, Instructor, RYT
Linda teaches yoga as a moving meditation with an emphasis on the proper alignment of poses and activation of the proper muscle groups. She caters to each student’s flexibility and strength level. Linda obtained her 200-hour yoga teaching certification from Downward Dog Yoga Center
in 2011 which focused on the ashtanga yoga system. Her favourite part of this practice is the way it links poses with the breath to manifest fluid practice that she finds mentally calming. She hopes to bring this benefit, among others to her students in their practice. She continued her studies and has now completed over 350 hours of training, with additional experience in the chakra yoga, functional movement, education on fascia release and hands-on adjustments.
Linda is also a Reiki and Shamanic Healing practitioner.
