Kaileigh Nichols, Yoga Instructor, RYT
Kaileigh has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for 3. She completed a 250hr vinyassa training in Newmarket, ON but continuously takes classes to improve her form and learn new skills.
Kaileigh enjoys incorporating aspects of mediation into her practice and her teaching style emphasizes a strong connection to breath and correct alignment. She encourages all students to listen to their own bodies when participating in her class and to honour their own abilities during their practice. Kaileigh usually provides gentle adjustments during her class, but honours students wishes to not be adjusted. She loves to foster personal connections with her students to help her students progress on their own yogic journey.
