Helen embraced yoga in 2009 as a beautiful and satisfying way to relax at the end of her busy and stressful work days.
Intrigued with how her practice brought her peace, strength, flexibility, clarity and healing, Yoga sparked a fire within her and she decided to enrich her yogic journey and became a registered yoga instructor - RYT 500. As a classically trained Hatha and Trauma Informed yoga instructor and also continual studies in Meditation and Sanskrit, Helen shares her knowledge and passion in her yin inspired, gentle mindful-Zen Yoga classes. With focus on connecting mind, body and breath throughout each asana (position) and each class, Helen will have you feeling mindfully stretched, strengthened and refreshingly rejuvenated after your class.
