I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?
By all means-yes! Very few people start out in life being totally flexible. Flexibility develops over time and postures can be modified to suit your level.
What if I just can't do a pose?
No problem! Our teachers will suggest variations of the poses so that everyone can benefit. Everything you enter into a pose, you will gain a little more confidence and learn that doing your best, is all that matters.
Do I need to make a reservation for class or just show up?
To ensure that you get a spot in the class, we suggest reserving online. However, if you would simply like to show up, we welcome you just the same!
What do I have to do before every class?
Yes. Even if you have reserved for a class online, you need to check-in at the front desk prior to entering the practice room.
How often should I practice?
Like most things, the more you practice, the more you will get out of it and the more you will reap the benefits. Try to commit to two to three times a week.
Out of studio practice?
We encourage continued practice at home, and what’s great about Yoga is you can do it just about anywhere, but the ideal place is an airy room, and if possible a quiet place where you can concentrate without distractions.
